FAQ's

How does the email list work?

If you opt in to our email list you will receive one email about every 3-6 weeks which will include an exclusive discount to be used on the website. We will not fill your inbox with excessive emails! To sign up just create an account by clicking on the log in icon next to the search function. 

Will this charm fit on my pandora Bracelet?

No not as it is - our charms are designed for traditional dangle style Charm Bracelets. However, you can purchase a converter bead separately which we can attach to the charm so it will be compatible. Simply go to the "Pandora Conversion" tab to see the available bead options. 

Will you attach charms to a bracelet?

Yes - if you purchase a bracelet and charms we will attach the charms for you at no cost using our strong jump rings. For examples see our "Create a Bracelet" Tab. Please message us or include a note in your order if you would like the charms attached.

Do you have more stock than what is listed?

Yes often we have additional stock - typically we only list two at a time of an item but frequently have backstock - if you see something and need more quantity message us using the message bubble in the lower right corner.

Will sold out items be replenished?

Sale items are being discontinued and in most cases we have no additonal stock coming. All other items that are currently out of stock will be available again in the future. For details on availability timing please contact us.

Is the charm Pure or Plated?

All our charms are Pure .925 Sterling Silver. With the exception of our Gold Plated Sterling items we do not carry any plated items - all Sterling charms are pure .925 Sterling Silver.

How quickly will my item ship?

Typically we ship in 1-3 business days. We ship all items USPS First Class with Tracking. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from shipping date. We do offer Priority Shipping Service which will be 2-3 day delivery. When possible Priority shipments will be processed with 1 day of receiving the order. If you need to verify when we can ship please contact us.

Because we are just a two person operation there may be times we are away and have an extended handling time posted - this can be found on our home page if it is the case.

How are shipping fees calculated?

We only charge one flat fee per order for Shipping and Handling. There is no limit to the number of items per order - only one fee will be charged for all orders using the CART function.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many destinations in Europe. All parcels will be sent USPS First Class International. Please be aware of mail delays on International shipping packages these may take longer than estimated (Some destinations can take up to 4 weeks)

There are often customs fees due in order to receive your package - be aware these are paid by the buyer at the time of receipt. We do not have knowledge of what these fees will be. 

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us and request the correct return shipping address. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
